Cancellation policy

Subscriptions and recurring orders

If you enroll in Subscribe & Save or another recurring purchase plan, you authorize recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time before the next renewal through your customer account or by contacting info@stealthhealthcontainers.com. A change made after an order has processed applies to the next renewal and does not cancel or refund the processed order.

Prices, discounts, and free-shipping eligibility may change. We will communicate changes in advance, and they will apply to later renewals.

Returns, refunds, and order issues

Each renewal creates a new order subject to our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges because food-contact containers cannot be restocked after they leave our facility.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered by our separate 30-day limited warranty under our Terms of Service.
